Sixty to one hundred forty guests dine within rooms where stone arches mark the original milling floor. The chef manages the kitchen personally and sources ingredients from suppliers within walking distance of the property. Hotel rooms occupy a modern addition built in harmony with the existing stone, and the property gardens include an orchard of heritage apple varieties.
