Beausite—'beautiful view'—justifies its name with south-facing windows overlooking terraced vineyards descending toward a stream. The building itself is a converted 19th-century wine merchant's house, with stone quoins and a distinctive mansard roof. Capacity: 50–150. The dining room retains period parquet flooring and a working fireplace; the kitchen prepares regional dishes with seasonal variation. The cellar—part of the original merchant's warehouse—stores wine under stone arches and is visible to guests during descent to the dining area.
